The are made and machined for a great fit to convert stock early 5x7 to 6.5 speakers.
There are modifications to the lid that will have to be done, trimming the 5x7 basket from the stock lid. Some knowledge of body work, trimming and cutting will be required. Attached are the photos of what needs to be trimmed.
These will not work with power locking lids
The kit will include the adapter, foam gasket to seal the adapter to the lid, and hardware to mount the new adapter and speaker to the adapter.
