Shipping policy

Most orders ship in 72 hours, Winter can extend this time depending on Please plan accordingly when you order!

If you call the shipping company and make any changes to the order, we are no longer liable for the delivery of that  order.  The responsibility if lost, now falls on the customer not the sender.

15% restocking fee on all incorrect orders.  We are here 8-6 Mon-Fri EST, call if you have any questions or email us at support@nagyscustoms.net

 We ship Mon-Fri 10-5 PM EST, we are closed on the weekend and we pick up all weekend orders starting Monday morning at 10 AM EST.

Shipping options at checkout are an estimated time from the day the item ships, not from the day that you order.  

Shipping rates are calculated on the weight of an item, and the distance from Nagy's Customs to your home or business. 

Please be sure and read the items description, as some items have longer shipping times do to high demand, and custom made.

During busy season, October-May, there are times when shipping will take longer than normal due to the amount of orders that are receive.

Tracking is provided on all orders as soon as they are picked up by the carriers.
